Theresa is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing from Columbia University. She also holds a Masters in Human Nutrition, with a focus on the interplay between sleep and food intake.
Takashi Nakamura, MD
Takashi Nakamura, MD is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician licensed in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii, earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and trained in Emergency Medicine at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Nakamura has a strong interest in men's and women's health, lifestyle medicine, weight management, and preventive care, bringing a thoughtful, holistic approach to telehealth.
